Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 4. Place the pie crust in a 9 inch pie pan. Prick holes in the crust with a fork. Bake for 8 minutes, or until golden brown. 5. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Drain off any excess fat. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the bottom of the pie crust. Pour the gravy over top. 7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly on top.. Enjoy!
